King IV Principles
In compliance with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange requirements Ascendis Health is committed to complying with each of the 16 principles of the King IV code in it’s business operations.
Ascendis Health has recognised that there are a number of these principles that are not well developed in the organisation, but management has committed to achieving these.
